About the Event
These Women's Circles are for all women who are called to drop in with themselves, connect with other women & engage in self-reflection and group sharing. Each circle will take a general focus on wellness with some closer looks into self-care, mindfulness, deepening connection and your personal experiences.
This circle will be hosted by Tessa Magill, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and facilitator at Thrive Wellness Workshop.
Tessa will lead these groups by creating a welcoming circle for checking in with ourselves and sharing together.
Open to women of all ages, races, abilities, ethnic groups, sexualities and beyond.
No preparation is needed for attending, simply show up ready for connection.
