A fall hiking club in Ojai where we gather every other week for outdoor exercise, supportive group discussions & mindful practices

Targeted Hiking Workshops
We offer a variety of weekend hiking workshops for teens and adults focused on a targeted wellness topic. These events incorporate a combination of hiking, journaling, group discussions, wellness education and support around healthy coping.

Youth Retreats
Overnight adventures for kids to step away from their regular lives for some nature time and reflection. We immerse in the new setting through camping, hiking, outdoor education, connecting with each other, and extended time for group discussions on a variety of pertinent wellness topics.

Backpacking and camping gear is available for loan
In the Fall, we travel to Channel Island National Park
In the Spring, we go backpacking in our local backcountry
Thrive X Wiild
Women's Backpacking Retreats
Thrive X Wiild is our unique collaboration between Thrive Wellness Workshop & Wiild Womxnhood, this weekend backpacking retreat will provide a combination of therapeutic elements from Thrive and women's group benefits of Wiild. Participants will be guided through hikes, group discussions, mindfulness practices and experiential activities focused on getting to know themselves & others while experiencing relaxation and play in nature.

Volunteer With Us!
Let's give back to the land by volunteering with Ojai Valley Land Conservancy to help restore and support local trails. These free events are focused on educating ourselves on practices for respecting, protecting and caring for the open spaces in the Ojai Valley.
These are different from other OVLC events because it is designed for youth volunteers and adults as well!
