Join our next Parent-Child Connection Hike!
One of my earliest ideas while developing Thrive Wellness Workshop was to use nature to facilitate connection, or reconnection, between parents and children. As children turn to teens and electronics steal our attention, there can be a distancing that occurs between parent and child. In many ways this wedge is developmentally appropriate as kids grow independence, but an intentional coming together can do wonders for any relationship.
This offering is a chance to spend some intentional time with your child and practice being fully present with each other. We will discuss when you feel connected and disconnected to get to know this better and find the unique ways to connect within your family.
