Join us for last Quarterly Therapist Hike of 2025 on Sunday, November 9th
A breath of fresh air—for you, the one who holds space for others.
Led by Thrive facilitators and licensed therapists, this gentle hike is a chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—beyond the role of therapist. Along the trail, we’ll hold space for conversations about the highs and heaviness of the work, self-compassion, and honoring yourself as a whole person.
Come for the connection, not the networking.
🌿This space is about community, care, and breathing room.
Location: Easy Ojai hike with shade (details to come upon registration)
