Come soak in the joys of nature as we connect deeper with ourselves & each other!
This backpacking trip is the perfect mix of play and reflection with group activities and solo time to unplug and enjoy nature. It will leave you feeling light-hearted, relaxed and in awe of your own mental & physical strength.
We will pack up all we need for one night away and hike out 2-4 miles to our backcountry campsite. There we will set up camp, spend some time exploring, hiking and relaxing while also having group discussions throughout our time. Through both playful activities and deeper discussions, we aim to help you become present with yourself and feel meaningfully connected to those around you.
Upon registration, you will recieve a packing list and we have extra of many of the supplies if you need to borrow gear.
