Introducing RUN WILD! 🏃♂️🌿 Thrive’s First-Ever Youth Trail Running Program!
Run Wild is an inclusive trail running program designed to introduce youth aged 7-17 to the sport—or deepen their love for it—while building confidence, resilience, and connection. Open to all skill levels, whether walking, jogging, or running, this program provides a fun, supportive space where every participant can move at their own pace and learn along the way!
What to Expect:
🏃♀️ Movement & Trail Skills: Sessions combine guided trail running with fun outdoor activities, teamwork, and reflection. Each session includes a warm-up, skills lessons, movement (walk, jog, or run), and group activities that promote self-awareness, camaraderie, and a love for nature.
👐 Supportive & Encouraging: This non-competitive program celebrates all abilities. Participants will be grouped with others at a similar pace, ensuring that both faster and slower runners feel supported while moving comfortably at their own speed.
