About the Event
Join this incredibly valuable and immersive opportunity for young girls to experience the masterful programming of The Empowerment Workshop and the therapeutic supports of Thrive Wellness Workshop. Participants will learn and practice lifelong lessons in communicating their truth in any situation and how to sit with moments of discomfort.
The event will take place in nature and we will move between a combination of hiking and circling up for lessons, journaling and discussions. Each participant will also receive The Empowerment Workshop’s Book of Personal Rights to take home and apply to their lives. Hosted by Tessa Magill of TTW & Tobi Jo Greene of TEW!
