About the Event
Join us in this restoration project in removing invasive plants and planting natives at Ojai Meadow Preserve!
This special volunteer day invites community members of all ages to come together in service of the land while learning about local ecology and stewardship.

What to bring: Long pants + closed-toed shoes (preferably boots) are required for this project. Additionally, please bring snacks and water. It is recommended that you also bring:
- Gloves
- Weather appropriate clothes
- Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunblock)
Led by the land stewards of Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, participants will learn about native plants, habitat restoration, and responsible recreation practices that support the health of the Ojai Valley. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to get your hands dirty and give back.
A few times each year, we partner with Ojai Valley Land Conservancy to host volunteer days designed to be accessible and engaging for both youth and adults. These gatherings offer a meaningful opportunity to connect with nature, build community, and take an active role in caring for the natural spaces we all share.
