About the Event
Wild & Well is a one-day outdoor experience designed to help middle school girls (ages 11-14) build confidence, connect with peers, and develop a positive relationship with nature. Through guided hiking, reflective journaling, group discussions, and engaging activities, participants will explore personal growth in a supportive and fun setting led by mental health professionals.
This event provides a safe and inclusive space for girls to strengthen friendships, practice communication and stress management skills, and enjoy the benefits of time outdoors. Whether your child loves nature, is looking to meet new friends, or could benefit from a self-confidence boost, this experience is a perfect fit!
