Women's Self-Love Workshop

Loving ourselves fully is a struggle shared by so many women and this will be a safe space to explore this topic with other like-minded women. We will discuss our experience with self-love, our struggles and tools for a strong foundation of self-worth and self-esteem to aid in healthy emotional, mental and social functioning. 

This event will be held at a trailhead in Ojai (details to come to those that sign up) and will be led by Thrive facilitators with mental health and nature experience. The outing will combine hiking, group discussions, journaling and connection activities to encourage sharing, self-reflection, relating, feeling heard and enjoying the natural world.
