About the Event
Join Thrive Wellness Workshop’s Cody Norris (he/him) and Yoga on the Trail’s instructor Lauren Snyder (they/she) for a morning of hiking, Yoga, and community connection for the LGBTQIA+ community.
We will meet up at a local Ojai trail (exact location will be emailed a few days prior to the event) for a short hike to our practice location. We will share a gentle outdoor Yoga practice that includes movement, breath, and awareness of ourselves and the natural world around us. Our gathering will conclude with a group discussion and sharing circle.
Hike is generally easy/moderate and on mostly wide flat terrain.
This event is open to all LGBTQIA+ adults
