Tessa Magill

Founder and Facilitator
 

Tessa is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and has been providing therapeutic supports for kids, teenagers and adults since 2013. She started this workshop to get herself & others out in nature more. In her free time, you can often find Tessa out hiking or walking with Charlie. 

Emily Redfield

Co-facilitator

 

Emily is an avid hiker and backpacker with a bachelor's in Psychology from UCSC & is currently pursuing a master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University with plans to become a licensed marriage and family therapist.

Emily has been an outdoor instructor for Naturalist at Large, REI, a surf instructor for a local surf school, and a climbing coach for Boulderdash. She enjoys the therapeutic benefits of spending time in nature and can be found frequently trail running, surfing, and climbing.  

 

Charlie

Group Companion & Protector

 

Charlie is sweet, well-mannered and has a rattlesnake avoidance certification that helps us out on the trails. She loves being out hiking and is an inspiration for all of us to let loose and play.
